Carlos Gomez is the Managing Director of TAG Aviation Spain. He is responsible for its fixed-based operation at Madrid’s Torrejón Airport as well as managing the aircraft charter and management businesses in Iberia. Mr. Gomez began his aviation career with British Airways in 1983, where he held numerous management positions in Spain and the US. He later joined Iberia as sales director for Spain.
Mr. Gomez has also worked for United Airlines as General Manager for Spain, where he has served as Chairman of the Board of Airline Representatives (BAR). He later rejoined British Airways to become General Manager of Spain, Portugal, Latin America and the Caribbean. He holds a Masters in Business Administration degree.
