Robert Wells
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Wells resides in Geneva, and is responsible for TAG's worldwide aviation interests.
Mr. Wells joined TAG Aviation Services in 1999 as Base Manager for the Seattle, WA operation. Before joining TAG, he was Executive Vice President of Piedmont Aviation, where he held various management positions over a 17 year period.
Mr. Wells has logged more than 8,000 hours of flight time in various aircraft. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the European Business Aircraft Association (EBAA) and was a former Board member for NATA in the US. He holds a BS in Aviation and an MBA.
Roger N. McMullin
Chairman of the Board of Directors
A founding partner of TAG Aviation USA, Mr. McMullin held positions there until 1998, when he joined TAG Aviation SA as CEO. Mr. McMullin is former President and CEO of TAG Aviation Holding.
Following US Navy flight training, Mr. McMullin flew F-4 Phantoms with the United States Marine Corps in Vietnam. He holds an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate and is type rated for several business jets.
Mr. McMullin has served on the Advisory Board of the National Business Aviation Association and is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley.

C. Jeffrey Weber
Vice President, Aircraft Transactions
Mr. Weber is responsible for aircraft acquisition, brokerage, and sales at TAG Aviation USA.
Since joining TAG in 1976, Mr. Weber has also served as Vice President and Director of Operations, and as Chief Pilot for Commercial Operations.
In 1981, Mr. Weber became the first U.S. rated pilot in the?Canadair Challenger, and has accumulated six jet type ratings. In 1984, he set the around-the-world speed record for Challenger-class jet aircraft.
Mr. Weber holds a BA from the University of California at Berkeley.

Franck Madignier
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Madignier is responsible for all maintenance activities TAG Aviation Europe conducts for its clients, including personnel supervision, maintenance production, overhaul and completion activities, and quality control.
Mr. Madignier joined TAG Aviation Europe as Maintenance Director in February 2001. Earlier accomplishments included creation of a new maintenance center in Clermont-Ferrand for Air France subsidiary Regional Airlines, and several posts with the LAB subsidiary of TAT European Airlines.
Mr. Madignier is an aeronautical engineer with a postgraduate degree in management.
Gianfranco Wernli
Senior Director Sales & Marketing
Gianfranco is responsible for TAG Europe Charter Sales, Aircraft Management Sales and Marketing; he joined TAG Aviation in July 2004. Prior to TAG, Gianfranco was as member of Senior Management of a spin-off of Swisscard AECS, an American Express and Credit Suisse joint venture. Gianfranco has been involved in business development and sales management for more than 10 years in the financial services and in the technology industries, and he fluently speaks 5 languages.
Graham Williamson
Senior Director, Flight and Ground Operations
Graham joined TAG Aviation on the 1st of November 2005 and is the accountable manager for the UK Operation; in addition he has overall responsibilty for Flight and Ground Operations in our other European Bases. Mr. Williamson also serves in the additional role as Managing Director of TAG Aviation (UK) Ltd, the Farnborough based charter and aircraft management operation. Prior to joining TAG he was involved in the start up of new airlines in India, Central Europe and the UK and has been actively involved in the g?owth and development of airline operations for more than 27 years.

Brandon O'Reilly

Brandon O’Reilly joined TAG Farnborough Airport in November 2006. His key responsibility is to deliver a world class airport experience by providing individually tailored service to current and new customers. TAG Farnborough is the premier business aviation airport in Europe and Brandon will be developing this exceptional facility further as demand continues to grow. He has 25 years experience with British Airways, American Airlines and United Airlines and is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society.
Terry Scott

Mr. Scott is responsible for all aircraft maintenance activities at TAG Farnborough Engineering including personnel supervision, maintenance production and quality control.
He joined TAG Farnborough Engineering in January 2007, has 37 years experience with British Airways and GB Airways and is a CAA licensed engineer.

Neil Gibson
Chief Executive Officer
TAG Aviation Asia Ltd.
Neil is responsible for all aircraft management and charter operations of TAG Aviation Asia. His career with TAG began in 2000 and, for six years, was Managing Director of TAG Aviation UK. There he guided TAG's nascent European charter business through the rapid expansion of its Air Operator's Certificate (AOC) to its current position as one of the largest management and charter businesses in Europe. A licensed pilot, Neil has more than fifteen years of business jet charter and management experience and has previously served in the Royal Air Force.
