Job purpose:

To ensure the continuation of TAG Farnborough Engineering’s approvals by monitoring compliance with, and adequacy of, procedures and processes required to ensure safe and airworthy aircraft. Includes the monitoring and control of the necessary expertise as it pertains to job functions.


Key responsibilities & accountabilities:

  • The Quality Assurance Engineer reports directly to the Quality and Training Manager and supports the continuation of approvals by monitoring compliance for the Part 145 approvals
  • Supports the Quality & Training Manager in all correspondence and meetings with the relevant NAA, in particular the CAA
  • Supports the monitoring and dissemination of all Regulatory rule-making procedures, policies, recommendations etc.
  • Assists the Quality & Training Manager in the production and amendment of the Company’s safety and quality policy
  • Aids the preparation and maintains the currency of the Company’s Safety Management System, deputising as the Company ‘Safety Officer’ as required
  • Conducting audits and monitoring all Part 145 activities being performed and that they are in accordance with the approved procedures, as detailed by the Company annual audit surveillance program, storing records of these activities in accordance with the requirements
  • Conducts audits, as required, for all contracted maintenance and that it is carried out in accordance with the contract
  • Responsible for conducting, as requested, external audits e.g. approved vendor lists
  • Responsible for all Company Findings, whether internal or external. This includes the reporting and monitoring of findings closure and administration using the Company system, Q-Pulse
  • Responsible for submitting any changes to the MOE, QM and associated Technical Procedures as per requirements
  • Responsible for development and delivery of the Company¡¦s training plan for all staff
  • Ensuring that staff records are maintained and catalogued for each job function and assessments for each function is established including basic/initial, type and continuation training
  • Maintaining Company personnel records for certifying staff and issuance of appropriate Company authorisations

Experience:

 

  • Ideally hold UK CAA B1 or B2 EASA Part 66 licence
  • Ideally hold previous Quality Auditing/Assurance role
  • Previous Part 145 and/or Part M role(s)
  • Computer literate
  • Read & write in fluent English

 


Desirable:

 

  • Have the right to work in the UK without restriction
  • Previous Business Aviation experience
  • Full UK Driving License

Câbleur Aéronautique (h/f) basé à Genève

 

Activités principales :

  • Effectuer les câblages électriques sur avions en isolé ou en torons ;
  • Effectuer les câblages sur table ;
  • Effectuer des tests à l’aide de matériel de mesure ;
  • Lire et interpréter un plan.

 

Profil requis :

  • Formation en électronique ou électrotechnique ;
  • Expérience minimum de 3 ans dans un poste identique ;
  • Français et anglais technique nécessaires ;
  • Bonnes connaissances informatiques (environnement Windows) ;
  • Grande disponibilité, flexibilité, travail en équipe et horaires irréguliers, adaptabilité, autonomie, rigueur et dextérité manuelle.
