THE FLEXIBILITY OF YOUR OPERATION, THE EXPERTISE OF AN OPERATOR

As of 25 August 2016, Owners and Operators of business jets operated privately and having their principal place of business or residence in one of the EASA Member States have to comply with a new operational regulation called “Part-NCC”. This regulation applies to all types of business jets, whether registered in Europe or in third countries.

TAG Aviation has developed a unique offer that releases the private operator from the complexity and personal liability of the new regulations whilst maintaining the flexibility of the operation.

RELEASING YOU FROM THE COMPLEXITY OF NCC REGULATIONS

Among their new obligations imposed by Part-NCC, Owners and non-commercial Operators in particular have to:

• Set up and maintain an Operations Manual including a Safety Management System;
• Declare to the competent National Aviation Authority their compliance to the regulation and that they assume the responsibility and liability for their operations;
• Enroll the Aircraft into an organisation managing its continuous airworthiness;
• Fulfill the training requirements for the crew.

By engaging TAG, the Owner can delegate its operational responsibility and accountability to one of the worlds leading Business Aviation companies. Our solutions will allow a seamless transition to Part-NCC with no disruption or change to the day to day operation of the Owner.

PROVIDING SUPPORT, ENSURING COMPLIANCE

TAG can offer to operate the Aircraft on behalf of the Owner or current private Operator by:

• Incorporating the Aircraft and Crew into the operating procedures, Operations Manual, Safety Management System and Compliance Monitoring System of its non-commercial operating structure;
• Supervising all Crew Training requirements and records;
• Auditing the Aircraft and its equipment including the Minimum Equipment List;
• Ensuring Continuing Airworthiness requirements are met;
• Ensuring operational facilities are fit for purpose;
• Supervising and supporting current personnel and establishing lines of responsibility.

SEAMLESS TRANSITION TO PART-NCC

With TAG providing smart Aircraft operation and regulatory compliance to attractive conditions, the Owner can have complete peace of mind that its Aircraft will be operated to the highest safety and airworthiness standards and meet the regulatory requirements of the European law and of the State of Registry.

• TAG will sign the Declaration of compliance and assume the entire responsibility and accountability for the operation of the Aircraft.
• The Owner can continue to employ its own Crew.
• TAG will offer the Owner the opportunity to integrate their Flight Crew into the TAG Training program delivered at one of its dedicated and approved facilities. Alternatively, the Owner can retain its current ATO facility, under TAG supervision.
• Under the TAG Private Operations Manual, the Flight Crew will be required to complete a single annual recurrent training session in a simulator.
• The Owner can retain its current services providers for any existing activities such as Dispatch, Insurance, Hangars, CAMO, etc. These providers will be under TAG supervision.
• On request TAG can provide Continuing Airworthiness Management services for the Aircraft.
