Anthony Cox - Vice President, Customer Support
Anthony Cox is responsible for overseeing Bombardier’s global customer support network and ensuring top-tier service throughout the customer lifecycle. Appointed in 2021, he leads Bombardier’s Mobile Response, Customer Response, and Aftermarket Digital strategy.
With a career at Bombardier starting in 2006, Anthony has held roles across Asia and North America, driving customer-focused initiatives and expanding Bombardier’s support services. His focus is on delivering seamless, best-in-class support and innovations to enhance customer experience. Prior to Bombardier, Anthony worked at Qantas Airways.

Bill Molloy – VP, Aftermarket Sales
Bill oversees Aftermarket Sales including Maintenance Services Sales, Smart Services Sales, and Parts and CR&O Sales. He also leads Parts Services, focusing on maximizing global parts availability to support customers effectively.
With over 35 years of aviation experience—most of it at Bombardier—Bill has held key roles in the Aftermarket sector for Regional, Commercial, and Business Aircraft. His enduring passion for serving customers and empowering employees has been the cornerstone of his leadership strategy throughout his career.

Christopher Davey – RVP, International Service Sales
Christopher (Chris) Davey is appointed as Regional Vice President, Service Sales–International for Bombardier. He is also the Managing Director for Bombardier Aerospace (Dubai) DWC LLC. With a career spanning more than 35 years in the aerospace industry, and working extensively within aircraft operations and aerospace manufacturing, Chris brings a substantial amount of experience to his newest role within the organization.
He joined the Bombardier Aftermarket Services team following his previous role as Director Customer Support International, and as the Aircraft Sales Director for the Asia/Pacific. In his more than 28 years with Bombardier, Chris has played a critical role in the development of Bombardier’s strategic vision, including the rapid expansion of its aftermarket services network throughout Europe, Middle East, and the Asia/Pacific region.
He joined the Bombardier Aftermarket Services team following his previous role as Director Customer Support International, and as the Aircraft Sales Director for the Asia/Pacific. Simon Wayne – GM, Singapore Service Centre
Simon Wayne has been Bombardier’s General Manager Asia Pacific Region since 2013 and is passionate about the dynamic rise of Business Aviation in Asia Pacific. He has worked across the Asia Pacific region for over 30 years and led various service facilities in Singapore, China and Australia.
Simon has also established new facilities including the first Business Aviation FBO and MRO in mainland China and since 2013, the first Bombardier Service Centre in Asia Pacific, located in Singapore. This facility has become Asia Pacific’s largest Business Aviation service provider with the complete suite of maintenance, modification, completion, FBO, parts and support services and a strong team of 350+ passionate professionals. The full-service facility includes Asia Pacific’s first business aviation cabin interior refurbishment and environmentally controlled aircraft paint facility.

Ethan Au – Regional Sales Manager, North Asia – International Service Sales
Ethan Au is responsible for the maintenance service sales for the Bombardier service centres around the globe. His focus is to drive sales and “Bring our Jet Home” to Bombardier. Prior to Bombardier, Ethan held various positions with airlines, MROs and suppliers.
