TAG Global Training Instructor

SUMMARY OF POSITION
- The successful candidate would possess the ability to teach all of the ground school courses to Pilots, Cabin Crew and associated employees of the UHNW.
- The position demands great attention to detail, ability to understand the EASA framework of implementing rules as well as working collaboratively in a small team environment.
- There is an opportunity to grow their already developed Learning and Development skills within the role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES/DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Meet and greet all visitors to TAG Global Training
- Prompt response to all telephone calls and emails
- Mailbox management of Crew Training
- Process all booking requests from TAG and 3rd Party in a timely manner, including e-Learning
- Issue Terms and Conditions to new 3rd Party clients
- Process any ad hoc booking requests
- Ensure all Safety Equipment details are obtained for all students attending the relevant courses
- Raise all course invoices, receive and process payments; including raising journals
- Produce all certificates for course attendees
- Arrange catering for students
- Advise Farnborough Airport Security of all visitors to TAG Global Training
- Arrange ad hoc training
- Actively promote TAG Global Training Courses
- Filing and e-filing
- Co-ordinate and process all documentation for the TAG Academy in line with CAP 783
- Ordering stationery
- Taking minutes for meetings as required
- Provide support to Training Manager and Instructors where required
- Responsible for reception and kitchen cleanliness
ESSENTIAL / DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS
Essential
- Have operated as Cabin Crew/Pilot
- Have experience in delivering training in SEP/CRM/Aviation Security or Aviation Medicine
- Recognised certificate in training delivery
Desirable
- DfT/Security, First Aid and Dangerous Goods qualification
