Ken Shou - Customer Account Director for Asia

Ken Shou currently serves as Rolls-Royce Customer Account Director for Asia, responsible for aftermarket services for the world leading engine provider. Shou has worked for the company for over two decades, starting his career as a Field Service Representative for Cathay Pacific Airways where he worked on various engine models on different platforms and fleets including Boeing and Airbus. Later he moved to project management maintaining and improving Rolls-Royce off-wing support capabilities for airlines in region. In 2010, Shou transitioned to Business Aviation within Rolls-Royce as Regional Customer Manager for Asia Pacific, responsible for fleet operation. He currently holds the Aftermarket Sales Director role, overseeing operations and CorporateCare sales in Asia. Shou has rich technical knowledge of Rolls-Royce engines and their services such as the CorporateCare program. He has long standing relationships in Business Aviation and is motivated to bring the best value to his customers.
