An industry leading individual capable of maximizing TAG Aviation revenue through the provision of aircraft charter services to a broad spectrum of clients.




  • Responding to inbound charter enquiries and assessing client requirements
  • Managing all aspects of charter flights from initial sale to scheduling to post-flight
  • Building up and managing own key accounts
  • Working as part of a team to reach individual and team targets, supporting colleagues
  • Liaising with other departments e.g. Operations, Accounts, Aircraft Management, Crewing
  • Generating new business and leads
  • Assisting in the management of key charter aircraft
  • Greeting clients where possible when flying through Geneva Airport
  • Providing ‘out-of-hours’ telephone cover from home during evenings and weekends – working on a rotation basis as part of the team
  • To provide excellent customer service
  • To communicate well and display good interpersonal skills
  • To make decisions, take initiative and work methodically

  • To work well in a team; consult and share information with colleagues
  • To display analytical skills and strong commercial awareness
  • To work with all levels of Management and Supervision internally and externally

Required profile:

  • Business diploma and / or School of tourism
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position and in the aviation industry required
  • French, English (spoken and written at an excellent level), another language an asset
  • Strong customer relations orientation, aptitude for sales
  • Team spirit, great availability (irregular hours, weekends), organization skills, resistance to stress and excellent presentation
