  • Respond to inbound charter enquiries and assessing client requirements
  • Communicate and work with Ultra High Net Worth Individuals to assess their charter needs
  • Manage all aspects of charter flights from initial sale to scheduling to post-flight
  • Generate revenue for the company
  • Build up and manage own key accounts
  • Work as part of a team to reach individual & team targets, supporting colleagues
  • Liaise with other departments e.g.. Operations, Accounting, Aircraft Management, Crewing
  • Generate new business and leads
  • Assist in the management of key charter aircraft
  • Greet clients where possible when flying through Farnborough Airport
  • Provide ‘out-of-hours’ telephone cover from home during evenings and weekends – working on a rotation basis as part of the team
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Communicate well and display good interpersonal skills
  • Make decisions, take initiative and work methodically
  • Be results oriented
  • Work well in a team; consult and share information with colleagues
  • Display analytical skills and strong commercial awareness
  • Work with all levels of Management and Supervision internally and externally
  • Promote the TAG reputation and brand




  • Previous experience in sales or recruitment
  • Good geographical knowledge


  • Good knowledge of business jet aircraft
  • Knowledge of airports
  • Good understanding of aircraft performance
