Our fee structure: Integrity and Transparency guaranteed

A SIMPLE AND TRANSPARENT STRUCTURE

Integrity is a fundamental part of TAG’s SPIRIT philosophy.

At TAG, we are honest and transparent in all our dealings with employees, clients, partners and suppliers, and we conduct our business openly, ethically and with mutual trust.

Transparency is a key feature of the TAG SPIRIT of Aviation. If you choose TAG to manage your aircraft, our fees will essentially be based on the following simple structure:

Annual Aircraft Management Fee

Annual Aircraft Management Fee

This annual fee includes flight scheduling, financial management, crew management, and safety compliance, plus all dedicated
client services. TAG passes on any economies of scale or discounts directly and without mark-up.

Annual Maintenance Oversight Fee

TAG will provide you with a complete and ongoing airworthiness and technical services solution (CAMO) to ensure your
aircraft is maintained in a proper and timely manner and in accordance with all relevant manufacturer and regulatory programmes.

Technical Dispatch Fee

Technical Dispatch Fee

TAG provides a 24-hour service to cover all aspects of trip and flight planning, permit applications, over-flight clearances,
slot coordination and everything required to operate your flight successfully. As this is a highly bespoke and individual
requirement, it is broken out of the management fee structure and is charged for each planned sector and block hour.

Technical Dispatch fees also include flight planning and fuel management services, annual Emission Trading Scheme (ETS)
administration charges, and Annual Flight Data Monitoring Fees if required.

One-time Project Implementation Fee

The One-Time Project Implementation fee covers time and labour for the start-up phase tasks, which includes initial crew hiring and assessment or the appraisal of existing crew, contact with local aviation authorities, and liaising with legal representatives to review aircraft management contracts and the financing of the aircraft.

Operating Deposit

Operating Deposit

TAG clients rely on our professional services to operate, manage and protect their aircraft 24/7. These are highly capital-intensive assets and in turn, TAG relies on its clients to provide the liquidity to operate and maintain the aircraft to the required standards. Due to the level of costs from various suppliers, and because it can take up to 10-12 weeks for TAG to be reimbursed following the settlement of operational expenses, TAG requires that the liquidity gap be bridged via a client deposit or “Operating Deposit”.
