We develop a culture of trust encouraging each person to report safety event through our internal Safety Management System (SMS) to help the whole organization improve continuously its operational procedure to further enhance overall safety. Along with an uncompromising implementation of the regulations, we encourage employees to adopt a pragmatic attitude to protect their health and safety at work and to communicate suggestions to prevent accidents. Health and safety of employees is a primary mission of the company’s management.
